How to Move Through Imposter Syndrome Like A Boss
My confidence in myself and my talents often leads people to think that I never struggle with Imposter Syndrome. I experience self doubt everyday, I just don’t let it stop me. Here’s how.
1. I ask myself what the underlying fear is.
Am I scared of the responsibility and power that come with my desires? Am I scared of the rejection and criticism that come with a bigger stage? Am I scared of the work needed to become the woman of my dreams? Am I mourning the relationships that I’ll have to dead along the way?
Pro-tip: if you ever need clarity, ask yourself a question before bed. You’ll have the answer when you wake up.
2. I move anyway.
All of your fave self maed entrepreneurs experience imposter syndrome, too. The difference between them and you is that they don’t let it stop the party. What’s something you can do today to move forward despite your self-doubt?
3. I celebrate the imposter vibes!
I take them as a sign that I’m moving in the right direction. I’m trying new shit, I’m being brave and I’m uncomfortable as a result — that’s amaezing!
When shit gets uncomfortable, that’s when the magic happens. Be comfortable being uncomfortable, no matter how hard it is in the beginning.
If it was easy, everyone would do it. 😏
As a transformation coach, I help women move through their fears with confidence and ease so that they can rightfully receive all that is theirs. I’d love to guide you as you create the life and business of your dreams.
Stay uncomfortable,
Maegan
